By using the KALDER website, you agree to use it lawfully and respectfully. Product information, availability, pricing, and promotions may change as the collection is updated.

We make a reasonable effort to display product names, materials, colors, measurements, images, and prices accurately. Colors may appear differently depending on your screen. An item in your bag is not reserved until the order is accepted and payment is confirmed.

If an obvious pricing, stock, or product-description error is found, KALDER may contact you before fulfillment to confirm the order or arrange a refund for the affected item.

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery, and billing information. Payment is processed by Stripe or the payment methods presented during checkout. An order is accepted when payment is successfully confirmed and KALDER has issued an order confirmation.

We may contact you if additional information is needed to verify an order or resolve a delivery issue.

Shipping availability and charges depend on the destination and order details shown at checkout. Returns, exchanges, damaged items, and delivery issues are handled under the current Shipping & Returns policy.

Keep your account credentials private and make sure your account information remains accurate. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account until you notify us of unauthorized access.

KALDER branding, product photography, written content, graphics, and website design belong to KALDER or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, publish, sell, or commercially reuse this content without written permission.
